STADIUM TALK: Citizen’s Initiative to Pave Path for a Stadium Downtown – Bolts from the Blue
Local lawyer Cory Briggs has put together a citizen’s initiative to try and make it faster, easier, and cheaper for the San Diego Chargers to get a new stadium built in downtown San Diego. This article does its best to try and explain what this initiative does, and what it does not do.

    Well it’s official a downtown Chargers stadium proposal is now in play and a announcement on the Pay Their Own Way Intitative for a new stadium for the Chargers is coming.
