Malcom Floyd on Laying it all on the line, Charger WR’s without Allen & Facing the Bears

It hasn’t been the season that anyone envisioned, much less Chargers wide receiver Malcom Floyd, who will retire after the 2015 season.

But for now, his focus is just getting a win for the 2-6 Chargers and stopping the team’s four-game losing streak before they head into their much-needed bye week.

As has been the norm rather than the exception, the Chargers will play without several of their pivotal players, including King Dunlap, Chris Watt, Manti Te’o and Denzel Perryman, who have already been ruled out for the Monday night game versus the Chicago Bears.

Not only will Philip Rivers be without his top wide receiver in Keenan Allen, but tight end Ladarius Green, who was tied with Allen for the team lead with four touchdowns, is doubtful.

Floyd discussed why the rest of the Chargers wide receivers need to step it up versus the Chicago Bears and why they need to play with it all on the line.
