Chargers recap: It’s over- Bolts season goes up in flames

It’s over.

It was a game the Chargers had to have yet it turned out to be a devastating yet predictable loss that had the players shaking their heads for answers and fans counting the days until spring training.

Now, the 2-7 Chargers are reeling after their fifth straight loss after losing 22-19 to the Chicago Bears and are closing in on locking down a top five pick in the NFL draft.

    Forget injuries. Great players make big plays no matter the circumstance. Rivers can’t make the big play when it counts. Hence 2-7 season, and 44-45 record past six seasons. Definitely overrated.
