If the City of San Diego has a ballot measure regarding a future NFL stadium for the Chargers to play in, it will be voted on 11/8, just two days after the team plays a home game against the Titans and a few days before another home game against the Miami Dolphins.

Unless the team has one (or more) of their games flexed, they are slated for just one primetime matchup this season, on 10/13 against the Broncos on Thursday Night Football.

If the Chargers are 4-1 by the time the get to Denver and playing for a division title by the vote, you can bet it’s a lock. How many teams were in the playoffs on this schedule? I just don’t see how those teams can compete with Rivers and company.

From my count, there are 6 games against teams that were in the playoffs last season (4 teams, because they play KC and DEN twice).
