Eagles trade up to 2nd overall pick in 2016 NFL Draft

2015 NFL Draft

Less than a week ago, the Los Angeles Rams traded up in the 2016 NFL Draft to get the 1st overall selection and guarantee that they can draft their franchise QB of the future.

Today, worried that they might miss a chance to get one of the top two QBs in the draft (Carson Wentz and Jared Goff), the Philadelphia Eagles followed suit.

What does this mean for the San Diego Chargers? Well, without a real need for a QB, General Manager Tom Telesco will seemingly have his choice of every other prospect in the NFL Draft.

Will the Chargers look to trade down and get value, as the Rams and Browns have, or will demand dry up from teams that know Wentz and Goff will be off the board?

Will Tom Telesco draft Laremy Tunsil, rated by many scouts to be the best player in the 2016 NFL Draft, or will he take a player like DeForest Buckner or Jalen Ramsey that fits more of a need for this year’s Chargers team?

Let us know in the comments below what you think the team will, or should, do with the 3rd overall pick.
