D.J. Fluker’s is day-to-day, MRI is “Negative”

After appearing in a walking boot and on crutches after practice yesterday, San Diego Chargers offensive lineman D.J. Fluker had an MRI taken to look for any breaks or tears in his foot, ankle and leg.

Good news!

This sounds like Fluker has some sort of strained muscle in his right foot or ankle, and the only thing for the team to do at this point is to have him rest it and hope it heals quickly.

With an injury to backup Offensive Guard Donovan Clark on Saturday, the Chargers need Fluker to be healthy and ready for the start of the regular season.
