Roger Goodell says San Diego does not have a viable plan to keep the Chargers

Scott Kaplan and Billy Ray Smith break down all of the news coming out of the NFL Owners Meeting in Dallas today regarding Los Angeles and the chance of the San Diego Chargers being one of the teams that is permitted to move there.

At the end of this clip, Kevin Acee from the San Diego Union-Tribune interviews NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who says that the league is unwilling to wait for a vote and that it does not appear San Diego has a viable plan to keep the Chargers inside of the league’s timeline.
