The Broadcast Company of the Americas is a San Diego LLC formed in 2003 owned 50% the Lynch Family and 50% by Viejas Enterprises.

BCA was formed in 2003 to purchase 1090AM and in 2005, BCA purchased 105.7FM and 1700AM.

XX Sports 1090AM is a 24/7 all sports format and 105.7FM The Walrus is a Greatest Hits station both broadcasting the Padres games.   San Diego 1700, a Talk / News Station, is 10,000 watts day and night.
