    The solution is obvious now. Since St. Louis and San Diego have plans to build new stadiums and Oakland can’t claim any similar prospects, the NFL should have Stan Kroenke sell the Rams to local St. Louis interests and have him buy the Raiders or buy enough to partner with Mark Davis. He could then move them to his proposed stadium in the LA area. This would cause the least disruption in moving franchises by only moving one. The Raiders have a built in passionate fan base in the LA area and the Bay area would not be left without NFL football since the 49ers will still be there.
