NFL knows there is no real solution to brain injuries from concussions in football -it’s the brutal nature of the game. But the younger health-conscious generation won’t
ignore it and will eventually distance away from violent sports. Just look up some of HOF inductees who suffered from CTE, Alzheimer’s, or ALS due to brain concussions in NFL and died: Jim Ringo, Gene Hickerson, Junior Seau, Mike Webster. And more than 4,500 former players are suing NFL alleging cover-up about CTE. List includes guys like Kosar, Favre, McMahon, DeLamielleure, and many others currently showing symptoms, and the list will only grow as concussions continue to pile up.
